Hannah Montana vs. the Rest

There is no way that this photograph of Miley Cyrus in any way comes close to naked.  Compared to other so called pop stars, this if almost a formal dress.  I’ve seen other celebrities wear less to a wedding or red carpet event.  I think ole Hannah Montana is getting a bum rap on this deal.
